Admittedly nowhere near as good as proper risotto, but also takes approximately 1% of the effort of making proper risotto.

  1. Heat up a bowl of leftover rice in the microwave.
  2. Throw in a knob of butter or margarine and stir.
  3. Dump in a goodly amount of grated parmesan and stir.
  4. Omnomnom.
