The one with Leonardo DiCaprio is the "We need to go deeper" meme from Inception; the other is the "The Rock Driving" meme, originally from the movie Race To Witch Mountain. (I see these things bandied about the internet and never know where they're from either.)

BTW, notable that those two macros (like many others) have a lot of pretty gross examples out there. Here are a couple of the funny non-gross ones:
