The Daily Mail points out that Gamergate is a harassment campaign thinly veiled as a crusade for journalistic ethics.

Cracked has been mercilessly pillorying Gamergate at every turn.

Even 4chan, the confessed home of everything too depraved or too stupid to be allowed elsewhere on the internet, kicked Gamergate to the kerb for failing to meet even its token standards of acceptability.

So if all these fonts of bullshit and satire can manage to call a spade a spade, how is it that there's still the occasional media outlet or personage wringing their hands and mumbling "Well, I don't know, they might have a legitimate point or two in there in with the torrent of abuse and harassment..."
