feeling very reserved about these accusations.
The thing is, these charges were
well under way back in August,
long before Wikileaks started to publish cables on 28 Nov.

though -- given that they're acquaintance rape cases, these charges
certainly seem to be being pursued with uncharacteristic zeal.
